Symptoms
On all version of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) earlier than 5.0.3.0 inclusive, a problem exists where deleting a subscriber's secondary wallet will also deleted said subscribers primary wallet.
No warnings or errors are thrown.

Attempt to delete a subscribers secondary wallet.
