Jeopardies Are Not Working With Exception Cannot Find Task For Notification Id (Doc ID 1665267.1)

Symptoms

After migrating cartridges to 7.2.2.3.5 getting following exceptions in all tasks that have jeopardy configured. As soon as the task is in custom state (where jeopardy is configured) getting following exception -

#### com.mslv.oms.OMSException: Cannot find task for notification id[128543]
at com.mslv.oms.eventengine.EventDispatcherEJB.c(Unknown Source)
at com.mslv.oms.eventengine.EventDispatcherEJB.a(Unknown Source)
at com.mslv.oms.eventengine.EventDispatcherEJB.processTimeout(Unknown Source)
at com.mslv.oms.eventengine.EventDispatcher_86q3j1_EOImpl.__WL_invoke(Unknown Source)
at weblogic.ejb.container.internal.SessionRemoteMethodInvoker.invoke(SessionRemoteMethodInvoker.java:40)
