Workflow Scheduler Recurrence Changing Time Backwards (Doc ID 1665544.1)

Symptoms

Workflow scheduler is not working as expected.  When we schedule demantra workflow at a fixed time and date, it starts automatically at some other incorrect time and date.

Tried running TZUpdater on server and client machines but the same issue still exists.

2. Reschedule a Workflow
