BRM Clients Not Able To Access BRM Server Why?

Installed BRM Server components in one of our development environment and all modules (CM, DM, DM_AQ, etc) are up and running successfully. But unable to connect to BRM clients like Customer Center, Pricing Center to the BRM Server.

Cm host name and port number seems to be ok, what is the solution to fix this issue?
