Bill Adjustment Rounding Issue

Symptoms

When a bill level adjustment is applied, BRM distributes and applies the bill level adjustment amount to individual charge items under a given bill. BRM does not round charges correctly in certain scenarios, as mentioned in the following example.

Billed amount = $419.58 (negative)
Adjusted amount = $381.44
Tax Amount (10%) = $38.14
Total amount = $419.58

Actual adjusted amount = 419.66 (Over adjustment of $0.08)

The item for this adjustemnt corresponds to multiple events causing break down of amount $381.44 (see Table below).
When tax is calculated on the smaller amounts and summed up - it summed to $38.22 which is $0.08 more.
