Uniqueness Object Not Updated With Telco Services (Doc ID 1665845.1)

Issue is encountered while adding a /service/telco/gsm service to an existing account in an OOB Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5 Patch Set 7 (PS7) multi_schema environment.
When adding a /service/email to an existing account, the /uniqueness object is updated. When adding a /service/telco/gsm service to an existing account, the /uniqueness object is not updated.

Steps to reproduce :

1) Install BRM 7.5 + PS7 + Interim Patch 18353066 in multi_schema
2) Verify the following entry in the Connection Manager (CM) pin.conf:
