Symptoms

Customer is using UIM 7.2.2 SFWS to create the Service and other detals which are used in the CVOIP Teck Pack.

In the capture interaction request, The details sent for Service Configuration Items are not getting captured in the Attachment on BI.
Because of this though Service, SCV is getting created, the details of Configuration Items are not gettting captured and not able to access.
