PPM publish failed....Error Message "PM Server configured for this item does not exist in the Bridge Console" (Doc ID 1666111.1)

Symptoms

Publish failed.

The error message is  "PM Server configured for this item does not exist in the Bridge Console."

Remark.

1. Cannot modify the "Server" value, the server value is grayed out.

2. Server value in the Scorecard is Disabled.
