Symptoms
See below error in cm.pinlog when rerated billing time discount event:
Scenario:
1) Create and account and purchase a product with recurring cycle charges and some valid bill time discount
2) Run partial billing and then final bill
3) Create event.txt with "/event/billing/cycle/discount" in $PIN_HOME/apps/pin_rerate folder
4) Execute pin_rerate with -r -n event.txt -t options
Expected Result:
Accounts with "/event/billing/cycle/discount" event should be rerated based on the latest pricing configuration.
