When the INTDLOADDATES function is used to retrieve data from several cuts that span more that 20 DST changes an error is always written to the log file. This is expected due to the limitation. However, in some cases this leads to DM or reports crashing and other times they complete/bring back data correctly.
This issue happens when the INTD_NEW_JOIN = 2 parameter is present in the lodestar.cfg file.
An MSVCR80.dll error is written to the event log
