Symptoms

After application of the Oracle Knowledge v8.5.1.x patch(or upgrade to new release like OK v8.6x), the AnalyticsEventRouter continuously fails with the following errors:

SEVERE: ERROR: Before setting RollbackOnly:false, While processing message:weblogic.deployment.jms.WrappedMessage_weblogic_jms_common_ObjectMessageImpl@42116b1a, Caught: weblogic.jms.common.JMSException: [JMSClientExceptions:055114]Error deserializing an object.
