User Submitted Batch Jobs Are Not Running Due To Inconsistent Threadpool Name (Doc ID 1667390.1)

Symptoms


User Submitted Batch Jobs in ORS 2.1.0.5 do appear to run.

When submitting a batch control job using the UI (Menu->Main->batch->Batch Job Submission) jobs show as pending when executing the following SQL against the database.

 


Other batch jobs run as expected. However, user submitted jobs remain as "pending".
