Freeze/UnFreeze Button not visible on specific form when viewing the form with a user account that has the ability to Freeze and UnFreeze
Lock/UnLock Button not visible on specific form when viewing the form with a user account that has the ability to Lock and UnLock
Site user unable to enter data on any CRF in the Casebook. It appears to the user as if the user does not have Data Entry or Query rights.
