Symptoms
When purchasing a product before the account's last accounting date, cycle_fee_end_t and charge_to_t values are incorrect.
Scenario is as follows:
1. Monthly account created at 07 Jul. 2014 with no products
2. Same date change account bill freq. to bimonthly and BDOM to 1
3. Make accounting at 07 Aug. 2014
4. Purchase a monthly cycle forward product at 08 Aug. 2014 backdated at 03 Aug. 2014
OBRM indicates a wrong cycle_fee_end_t and charge_to_t values for the event:
"Cycle_end_t" and "charge_to_t" should be 01 Sep. 2014, not 01 Oct. 2014.
The scenario applies to both 7.4 PS 18 and PS 20.
