"Internal Server Error" Error When Clicking the Button To Add a New Company Record (Doc ID 1667760.1)

When clicking the button to get into a new company record creation window, the following error message is thrown in the user interface: Internal Server Error

In addition to the user interface error, the webserver log has a java.lang.NullPointerException error.
