The customer would like to use AutoVue conversion to convert a large file to smaller size file. For instance a 24 x 36 inches AutoCAD DWG file to an 8.5 x 11 inches Adobe PDF file. There is no option to set the size of the output file in the conversion dialog window but the customer did set the size of the output file in the AutoVue document converter print settings by doing the following:
1.Right click " AutoVue Document Converter " Select Printing Preferences
2.Change the size to Letter or enter the custom size (in millimeter) to 216 x 279 millimiters (~ 8.5 x 11 inch)
The output file from the conversion was not come out as expected (8.5 x 11 inches) but much larger. Why this is not working?
