ORA-01017 Password Errors When Executing PFT Allocations or FTP Processes from Command Line (Doc ID 1668075.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run any PFT or FTP process from the command line, the following error is thrown:

Error(Oracle Financial Services Application error) (203105) Oracle drv_oci error:

OCI Function: [0] - olon(), orlon()
Oracle Error: [1017] - ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

Driver Function: drv_oci::Connect()

If either the allocation or FTP process is run from the UI, the process also fails.

An error like the following may exist in the debug log:

Module Logging OFS errors: Error Joining Threads, Causing Thread ID = 0, Error Code: 3

The errors cause the process to fail.
