Cannot Edit Workflow Permissions in RSM; Fields Disabled (Doc ID 1668181.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM) / Retail Security Manager (RSM) 13.2.x, we find that we cannot edit workflow permissions.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in as an administrator.
  2. Select RSM on left pane.
  3. Select Role Administration > Edit Workflow Permissions.
  4. Select a role; click EDIT.
  5. Select RPM from the Select Workflows drop-down list.
  6. Note that you cannot select or deselect any checkbox in the lower pane.
