Unable To Start Psub For The First Time In OC 5.0.1

We installed Amber 501 and are not able to start PSUB for the first time.
Log file shows this error:
$ cat /export/home/opapps/opapps501/oc/501/log/rxcpsd_ocdev5_501_1.log
ERROR:Daemon error while connecting:/@ocdev5
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
I am able to log into sqlplus using ocpsub and opapps account
