Symptoms

In a Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System (RWMS) 13.2.x set to use language = Brazilian Portuguese, a Database Management System (DMS) error occurs when creating an appointment.



Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Make sure NLS_LANG=PORTUGUESE_BRAZIL.UTF8.
  2. Attempt to create an appointment and note the DMS error above.
