Unable To Stop Usage Subscription When Future Dated Factor Override Exists (Doc ID 1668529.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 03, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management - Version 2.1.0.1 to 2.1.0.2 [Release 2.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Factor Overrides can be added to a Usage Subscription, with a Start Date/Time in the future. If the US is stopped before this Factor Override Start Date/Time, MDM will throw various errors around the fact that the US stop date can't be before the Factor Override start date.

If you setup an active V from CCB and sync everything over, then add a future dated Factor Override, then stop the SA with a end date < Factor Override start date, the sync request will fail with 11802/10914.
