Using the XmsSendUSSDN Node in a Control Plan fails and logs "could not locate TCAP Interface" to slee_acs.log (Doc ID 1668832.1)

Symptoms

On : Oracle Communications, Network Charging and Control, all releases including the xmsSendUSSDN node.


One would expect to have the xmsSendUSSDN node to send USSD notifications when invoked in a Control Plan (CP) logic, however the xmsSendUSSDN node doesn't send any USSD notification when invoked in a CP.

Instead, when the node is being invoked, slee_acs logs the following error message :
