Symptoms

Several issues with Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) Upload batch:

htsupld.pc crashes with Segmentation Fault  when executed with system_options.update_order_hts_in 1
htsupld.pc crashes with error:htsupld_1~20140321112641~ordhts_update~ORDHEAD~105~RET-0105: generic stored procedure error~[NO_SUPP]
htsupld.pc error :htsupld_1~20140324131933~ordsku_hts_update~ce_ord_item, ordhead~-2111~SQL-02111: Heap consistency error~CURSOR OPEN: cursor =
htsupld.pc error :htsupld_1~20140324133001~ordsku_hts_search~ordsku_hts ~-1405~ORA-01405: fetched column value is NULL~CURSOR FETCH: cursor = c_orditem_list, hts: 6108210010, import_country: US

Steps to Recreate:

1. Create an HTSUPLD Input File.
2.  Run the PREPOST batch > PREPOST $UP HTSUPLD PRE.
3.  Run the HTSUPLD Pro*C batch using the HTSUPLD Input File.
