Unable To Add An Email Address To The Address Book (Doc ID 1668969.1)

Symptoms

When left-clicking on an email address to get to the option to add it to the Address Book in Convergence, the options briefly appear and then are replaced by:

The calendar service is not available. Please try again later.

 

The Convergence iwc.log reports the following during this time:

PROXY_CAL: ERROR - Error processing the request by the proxy servlet: Error while executing the service request  : Calendar Service: Connection to http://cal7.domain.tld refused
PROXY_CAL: DEBUG - Exception while processing request by proxy servlet: com.sun.comms.client.web.services.BackendServiceException:Error while executing the service request  : Calendar Service: Connection to http://cal7.domain.tld refused
