Symptoms

When attempting to upload documents configured for Universal Content Server (11.1.1.6.0 and later versions) the following error occurs:

Unknown error. Contact your system administrator.

The following error is also seen in the P6WebAccess.html log file:

oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceException: The content item was not successfully checked in. User '<username>' does not have sufficient privileges to access the content account 'ProjectId'.

oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceException: Insufficient rights to access.
