Symptoms
When a content provider subscribe to SMS message notification, it will be done using an URL provided by the Content Provider at the time of subscription. Oracle Communications Services Gatekeeper (OCSG) will set up a connection to this URL when the status of the SMS changes and notify the Content Provider about the status change.
However because the security architecture defined is by different customers, these Content Provider connections may need to be established via a Proxy server.
OCSG version 5.1 with RP3 installed does not support this Proxy configuration.
The SMS plugin required to obtain Proxy configuration using an interceptor.
