ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unconstrained ASCP Plan is not considering Safety Stock levels and is driving the plan to a projected available of zero across all organizations instead of to the Safety Stock level.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
That ASCP will consider Safety Stock requirements and Projected Available will be greater than or equal to that amount at the end of the Plan Horizon or to the Effectivity Out date of the Safety Stock requirement.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Advanced Supply Chain Planner Responsibility
2. Launch ASCP plan
