Importing The MDL File From One Server To Another Fails In Execution. (Doc ID 1669368.1)

Goal

A. The imported CM Mappings, Process flows & so have as PARAMETER_LIST's Value:
?/product/oracle/FILEMGR/splfilemgr.plx?-l?/products/oracle/SAMBA/OUASTST01?-n?D_TDTYPE_EXT.DAT?-p?1?-s?S?
where /products/oracle/SAMBA/OUASTST01 is the output folder on the server where the imported files where produced.

In case the user tries to change it to the input folder on the local server the following error is displayed:

ERROR

API0259: The object cannot be edited in Read Only mode!

N.B. The base product Mappings, Process flows & so have the correct folder in the PARAMETER_LIST's Value:
?/product/oracle/FILEMGR/splfilemgr.plx?-l?/products/oracle/SAMBA/OUASDEV01?-n?D_TDTYPE_EXT.DAT?-p?1?-s?S?
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import and deploy one or several CM Mappings, Process flows or so.
2. Open the PARAMETER_LIST for one of them.
3. Try to change the Value.
4. Observe the reported error.


B. How can the import tool be configured to convert the MDL values automatically as per the target environment?
