Stop date appears on the PSUR same as start date even though it is not entered in the case

Treatment Dates Appear on the PSUR Incorrectly.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a case
  2. Add Vaccine information in Vaccine tab with a start date. 
  3. Save the case. 
  4. Check the details saved in the back end table CASE_DOSE_REGIMENS
  5. Note that stop date is getting updated with same date as start date
  6. PSUR report is displaying the same stop date even though it was not entered by the user.
