When deploying using CMT, OSM failed to load automation plugins due to : Invalid URI escape sequence "%%7" (Doc ID 1670040.1)

Goal

On trying to deploy OracleComms_OSM_O2A_COMSOM_SimpleSolution using CMT you see the following error in the log file.
