"Severe System Error" Occurs When Opening or Scheduling a Stock Count for Unit Product Group for All Stores (Doc ID 1670376.1)

Symptoms

In Store Inventory Management (SIM) 13.1.x, a 'severe system error' is occurring when trying to open a unit product group for all stores with item(s) associated to it.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a unit product group for all stores.
  2. Add an item to this group and save it.
  3. Open this group; error appears:  "A severe system error has occurred. Please contact system administrator."
  4. Try to schedule a stock count using this product group.   The same error will be displayed.
