Could not find a part of the path of PSRLabels.xml Error when Printing J-PSR (Doc ID 1671070.1)

Symptoms

When a J-PSR is printed as draft, the print job finished as Error status.
The AGProc.log file contains the following error.
(* AGProc.log file is created at the log file path defined in AGProc.config. For example, C:\Temp\ArgusLogs\Argus.)
