When MedDRA-J dictionary is successfully loaded, in some log files, there is the following message recorded.

1 Row not loaded because all fields were null.

For example, the soc_j.log file for Meddra 17.0J contains:

Table MEDDRA_SOC_J:
26 Rows successfully loaded.
0 Rows not loaded due to data errors.
0 Rows not loaded because all WHEN clauses were failed.
1 Row not loaded because all fields were null.
------------------------------------------------------------
