Sometimes FCT_EventOrder Generates Out Of Order Files Without XML Extension (Doc ID 1671721.1)

It has been found that the Pipeline module FCT_EventOrder sometimes generates rerate-request file without xml file extension.

According to BRM documentation, xml extension should be always present in output format.

The impact here is that the configuration in Batch Controller looks for files that match a regular expression with *.xml.

So when files are created without xml extension BC skips them.
