Metabuilder - Forms 10g on Windows 7 and 10- Login form will not display (Doc ID 1671921.1)

Oracle Configuration Controls Governor - Version 5.5.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

1) Install Forms 10G runtime on Windows 7 or 10.

2) Install Metabuilder forms on Windows 7 or 10.

3) Start Forms runtime successfully.

4) Lanch Metabuilder url in I.E. 9. Metabuilder login form does not appear. There are no error messages.
