Symptoms
On : 2.4.0.1.0 version, RT - Rates
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- Using the new rating engine for Billable Charge that has a defined Calculation Line, some of the calculation lines display negative values using Service Quantity calculation rule. If billable charge using "billable charge template", the entered template will disappear after click Save button.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- The calculation lines should display positive values.
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Define Bill Factor to be referenced by Calculation Rule, Service Quantity Identifier (SQI), Service Quantity Calculation Rule. 2. Generate Bill Segment, Billable Charge – define SQI values. Set Calc line values. 3. Calc Header #2 for the Billable Charge SQ. Notice that the calc lines (except for the first one) is negative.
BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, calculate line do not generate correct value.
