Purpose

This document provides additional guidance to the interpretation of the Oracle support severity definitions defined at http://www.oracle.com/us/support/policies/index.html

For each severity it includes an appropriate quote from the Oracle Software Technical Support Policies (as of March 24, 2014) as well as some additional clarifications of how that severity should be interpreted for Oracle's AutoVue Enterprise Visualization product.

Please note that all bugs, regardless of severity, will go through the normal bug evaluation process.
