Connecting to RCU Schema From WebLogic Configuration Wizard Fails With Error: "CFGFWK-64219: Failed to bind the schema component data, Caused by: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist" (Doc ID 1672309.1)

When attempting to create a new WebLogic domain manually using the WebLogic configuration wizard, when entering database connection and RCU schema on the "database configuration type" page to specify auto configuration of the RCU components, after selecting "Get RCU Schema" the following error occurs:

CFGFWK-64219: Failed to bind the schema component data
Error message: SQLException thrown
Caused by: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the WLS Configuration Wizard
2. Follow steps for manual creation of a WebLogic domain for Oracle Primavera Prime
3. Note the error which occurs at the "database configuration type" screen.
