Symptoms
Customer is requesting to modify Performance Report Input API such that it can allow "status" to be sent in the API. They need this so that new status can be sent in via the API. The users need a more finite definition of where the document/records are at than is allowed in the existing system.
Change the performance report processing so it allows upload into any status BUT “PROCESSED”
