UIM UI Not Showing any Items With Class Initialization Error in Logs

Symptoms
When Login to the UI & unable to see any items, check server logs for the occurrence of following errors:
<[ServletContext@494419835[app:oracle.communications.inventory module:Inventory path:/Inventory spec-version:2.5]] Servlet failed with Exception
oracle.adf.controller.ControllerException: ADFC-12013: Controller state has not been initialized for the current request.
Root cause of ServletException.
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class oracle.communications.inventory.ui.common.bundle.InventoryUIBundleManager
