Error 'Failed to load data' and 'Failed loading object of type: BOCalendar' When Opening Projects in P6 Web (Doc ID 1672702.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open projects, the following error occurs.

Failed to load data. Please try again, if the problem persists contact your administrator.

In addition, the following error can be seen in the P6WebAccess.html log file:

Caused by: com.primavera.PhoenixException: Error trying to load object of type: Dependency
Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException
  at java.util.Calendar.setTime(Calendar.java:1106)
Failed loading object of type: BOCalendar with id: ###
Projwbs with id [#####] is referencing a calendar with id [###] that does not exist
