ASAP Orders Are Failing In A RAC Oracle DB Failover Environment. (Doc ID 1672886.1)

We are using ASAP 7.0.0 (Patch 11 / B137) and have installed the Production setup in Cluster mode (HP Service guard). The Oracle Database is configured in a RAC active - active environment.
Normal Testing was going on and orders were going to the Active Node1 DataBase. We brought down the DB Node1 server to check if all the orders are handled by Node2 DB, but all of the orders are failing with the following error in the Domain logs. Only after Weblogic restart, do orders start processing.
