Too Many CM Connection Create by Customer Center (Doc ID 1673017.1)

Every time when openning an EventBrowser, a new CM connection is created. Due to this, it is running out of CM connections. Also, this is leading to BRM Server performance degradation.

However, it is been observed that main CC will have one connection, account search window will have one cm connection, event browser is creating new connection every time when opened. Connections created by Event Browser are not closed for a long time even after Event Browser is closed, and then a new one is created when Event Browser is opened again.
