Goal
CCB 2.3.1
When Adding a Billable Charge template to the newly created Billable Charge SA, it is not possible to select it as the field is disabled. Move off the page and back to the page and it is now enable.While adding a Billable Charge, it should default to correct Billable Charge Code.
