Cannot Open An ICH PSUR Run As Final In Csv Format From Regulatory Reports Tab In Case Form (Doc ID 1673585.1)

When an ICH PSUR is run as final in csv format, the ICH PSUR cannot be opened from Regulatory Reports tab in Case Form, the error 'File does not begin with %PDF-' is triggered.

e.g.

and / or

Error Messages : (if any)

File does not begin with %PDF

and/or

Adobe Reader could not open 'abcde.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because
the file has been damaged (For example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).

Navigation/Replication Path:

• Open a Case
• Navigate to [Regulatory Reports] tab
• Schedule and Generate an ICH PSUR in csv format (Run Now, Format CSV)
• Error is thrown when attempting to view.
