Blank Page on the Preview Option in the Signatures Tab for all Signatures

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On the Signatures tab in Inform, the user is unable to view the CRF or Casebook signature information after the form is signed. Under 'Print' column when the user's clicks the Preview option a blank screen appears, which is not the normal expectation.
