Symptoms

In Meter Data Management v2.1.0.1 while in the 360 View, Measuring Component tab, Interval - Initial Measurement Overlay, the Interval Data graph does not display gap, instead it shows as zero usage -- there is a line at 0 instead of no line.
This began after applying the following single fix Patch 17562354.
