Log Record is Not created in AGProc.log when PSR Print Job ends Error status (Doc ID 1674311.1)

Symptoms

Normally AGProc.config is having logLevel="Error" in it.

If it is changed to logLevel="Verbose", AGProc.log will have more detail log records, it is helpful when analyzing an error of report's Print Job.

However, even if the part is changed to logLevel="Verbose" in AGProc.config and restarted the ag service, no record is recorded
in the AGProc.log files even when PSR Print Job ends as Status='Error'.
