OCA Web Client Hangs on Login (Doc ID 1674711.1)

Symptoms

OCA client is hanging on login.

• the OCA window hangs after entering the credentials
• no errors are reported in nohup.out
• after about 20 seconds, the user received the “Remove Session from SessionTable” message in the  nohup.out file

In Java Console window, the following messages are logged:

OCAMainApplet.init(): PORT=<PORT>

OCAClientAsset.getInitialContext(): URL = t3://<ipaddress>/<ENV_ID>

OCAClientAsset.obtainSessionDocument(): sessionUrl = http://<ipaddress>:<PORT>/<ENV_ID>/OCA/SessionManager
