Customer Center Unit Value Disappears When Click on Data Radio Button

Missing Product Customizations in Customer Center

Units in tab 'Products->Product Detail' disappear when clicking in 'Date' radio button and coming back to 'Relative' radio button.

Show the previous unit

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an account with IP product and change the product end date from Never to Relative 90 days during account creation.
2. Go to Plans tab and click on the product to open Product Detail dialog
3. Change the End to Date
4. Change the End to Relative
